We need to know the following:
1. Your NAME and EMAIL Address
2. The Item Name (item name is listed above the picture)
3. Your Child's size
4. Color preference on shirt (color can be adjusted on any shirt)
5. Child's name or monogram to be put on shirt


How to Pay? Once you have sent us your order information, we will send you a paypal invoice.
Once that payment has been recieved we will start on your shirt!
